To do a complete diagnostics we need CollectionLog created by Autologger as described here in How to prepare logs section.

do you need me to send report1.log and report2.log as well?

You have several antiviruses installed:

Avast Free Antivirus
AVG 2016
Zemana AntiMalware versión 3.0.910

One of them should be in system, others shoulb be uninstalled.

Also uninstall unwanted program:

Driver Booster 4.3

After that scan and attach new log of AdwCleaner.

Sorry, but most of the times I have bad performance in games after scaning and updating with driver booster I get better results, why should I uninstall?

Also, AVG doesn’t show up on my programs list, are you sure I have it? if so, how can I get rid of it? sorry if this is simple stuff but I don’t know how to do it myself

Well, I uninstalled driver boosted (still pretty sad about that one) and Zemana AntiMalware versión 3.0.910. I couldn’t find AVG so I guess it’s still there. This is the logs adwcleaner got

Use this tool.

Run again AdwCleaner (by Malwarebytes) (it should be run by right-clicking as Administrator).
Go to Settings and switch on:

Reset IE policies
Reset Chrome policies

Go to Dashboard, press Scan now and after scan ends press Clean & Repair.
System should be restarted.
After restart log will be found at:
C:AdwCleanerLogsAdwCleaner[Cxx].txt (where x is any digit).
Attach it to your next post here.

There are some «tails» of previous Eset antivirus. Download EsetUninstaller, run system in SafeMode and run this uninstaller.

I have like 1000 of this default error stack

I saw them in log. You can delete all these files. Its from Intel driver. If they will appear again, then you should re-install Intel drivers on your system.

Back to subject problem — what with it now? Does AdwCleaner still finds same records after cleaning them?

Recycle bin is having a hard time trying to delelete so many files, it’s crashing a lot

Do you use a synchronization in Chrome? If yes, then temporarily switch it off and do a browser reset again. Check in AdwCleaner.

Yes, I use chrome sync. I turned it off, reseted the browser and the scan still finds PUPotionalSoftonicassistant

Also, I just checked system32 folder and a lot of the default error stack files have reappeared, you told me in case they showed up again I would have to reinstall all my intel drivers, would you mind telling me how?

Lets do an extended reset.
Uninstall Google Chrome and be sure that folder

C:UsersNoelIvavAppDataLocalGoogleChrome

is deleted. If needed, delete it manually.

Download Chrome and install. Do not get into account so far and check in AdwCleaner.
With Intel driver we’ll try to figure it out a bit later.

After I uninstalled and reinstaled chrome I didn’t get into my account… it was already logged in. I used adwcleaner and it found the usual threats and a couple more this time.. that’s the log…

Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware or from the mirror. Install it (during setup do not choose free test period), update bases (setup proxy if needed). Click on Scan tab, choose Custom and click on Scan Option. Choose all disk drives in next window, choose Warn in drop-down menu and press Scan.
Do not delete nothing by yourself!!!
After scan completion save its result in text file or find it in following folder: %appdata%MalwarebytesMalwarebytes Anti-MalwareLogs

I already had malewarebytes installed because I tried quite a lot of solutions before asking for help here. I uninstalled it and reinstalled from your link but I couldn’t choose to use or not the free test period, I have 5 days left of the free premium trial and I didn’t have the option anywhere not to keep using those free days)

Lets check one idea: download this version of AdwCleaner.
Switch off Internet connection and do scan. Show me the log.

Delete previous FRST logs and create new FRST.txt and Addition.txt

Attach them to your next post, please.

If your system work stable with current version of drivers, you don’t need to update them.
It is 50 % risk of new driver brings new issues together with fixing old ones.

I use the notebook for gaming and sometimes when new game controller drivers and stuff like that comes out games work bad untill you update them. I just want to know a safe way to do it

Also last time adwcleaner just removed 4 of 6 threats. What are we doing about that

Usually, autoupdater is already included together with default video driver software kit.

Drivers should be updated via manufacturer’s web site. It’s most safe way.

Ok, please do one more thing:
In AdwCleaner Settings menu in Mode section turn on debug log and do another one scan. Log should be with [debug] word in file name.

The one in C:UsersNoelIvavAppDataLocalGoogleChrome does not exist anymore, I was told to delete it.

And lets repeat once again the sequence:

1. Uninstal AdwCleaner via Settings — Uninstal
2. Download it again and do Scan with Debag mode switched on.
3. Attach new AdwCleaner_Debug.log

The notebook is old and bad, i3 processor 4 ram bad graphics cards.. but it is working worse than it should

AdwCleaner was updated recently. So please remove old one, download new one and show new scan and clean logs.
